You simply join the session with a unique link that's specifically for you using a camera-enabled device like a phone, tablet, or computer. Your link will be provided prior to your scheduled session.

Legacy Living Services LLC offers 8-week groups focused on women’s empowerment, wellness, and healing. The Radical Realness Group is a support group for Black women that is focused on understanding stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, and healthy ways to move beyond them. The Intrinsic Value Group is an inclusive group for all women that is focused on improving self-esteem and self-acceptance.

As a supervisor, I partner with supervisees to help them develop their identity as counselors. I take an integrative and holistic approach to healing and supervision. This allows me to utilize interventions that are geared towards the unique needs of supervisees.

Consultation services are available for individuals, schools, businesses, and other organizations on topics related to counseling, supervision, diversity, equity, and inclusion, wellness, and belonging.
As a licensed professional counselor, counselor educator, and clinical supervisor, I have presented on the Double Pandemic and Educating from the Margins, First Generation Doctoral Students and Belonging, On-Site Counseling Clinics, Models and Best Practices, Exploring Stereotype Threat in Multicultural Counseling Courses, Racial Trauma and African American Adolescent Males, Social Justice and Treating Racial Trauma, and The Power of Mentorship in the Lives of African American Women to name a few. I speak with intentionality, passion, and purpose to help attendees walk away with a renewed dedication to their cause.
