About

Dr. Freeman

I care deeply for those experiencing emotional and mental pain. In fact, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people move from where they are to where they want to be whether it's through working with clients, counselors-in-training, counselor educators, or supervisees. I’m aware that we all could benefit from help and guidance from time to time. Life is full of ups and downs. At times things can be going fine, and at other times it can feel like someone just pulled a rug from underneath you. Transitions in life, worry, anxiety, and depression can be overwhelming and hard to manage. Sometimes we need help and guidance as we face life’s difficult times.

I take a person-centered approach to therapy and partner with my clients as they traverse through the difficulties of life. My integrative and holistic approach to healing prioritizes the needs of the people I work with. Utilizing a variety of treatment modalities allows me to personalize my skills to meet the unique needs of each person I serve. So, whatever it is you are facing, you do not have to face it alone.
